ISSUES

Most of the pages of this WEB site are compatible with your monitor set at a minimum of 
800 by 600 pixels .  To change your monitor resolution, right click on your desktop, select
 "Properties" , then select the "Settings" tab, and then, move the slider labeled 
"Screen Resolution" to your desired resolution.  Finally, click "OK" when finished.
