The ABATE Riders in the original Mt. Pulaski County Seat Courtroom where Abraham Lincoln
& Judge David Davis once performed their legal trade on the Illinois 8th Circuit Court 1848 - 1854.
Note the 30-star flag, which represents the United States in 1848, with California being the most recent
admitted state to the Union at that time.
