ELKHART
-- Mayme E. Dobrovolc, 91, of Elkhart, died
Monday, Feb. 18, 2008, at 12:45 a.m. at Memorial
Medical Center in Springfield.
Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount
Pulaski, with Robert Twist officiating.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. at the
funeral home. |

Burial will be in Elkhart Cemetery.
Mrs. Dobrovolc had worked for Johnson
Motors/OMC in Waukegan.
She was born Sept. 16, 1916, in Stevenson,
Minn., to Anton and Esther Kujala Rantala. She
married Frank Dobrovolc in St. Louis, Mo., on
Jan. 31, 1942.
She is survived by her husband, of Elkhart;
one daughter, Gail (and Bruce) Clark of Elkhart;
one sister, Helen (and Mike) Kosiak of
Minneapolis, Minn.; two grandsons, Keith A. (and
Lisa) Clark of Chicago and Brian A. Clark of
Springfield; and several nieces and nephews. |
Memorials may be made to Elkhart Christian
Church or Elkhart Fire Protection District.
