MEMORIAL DAY OBSERVANCE



Monday, May 26

Mt. Pulaski area veterans’ groups and civic organizations will hold joint 
Annual Memorial Day Observance Ceremonies at the Veterans' Memorial
in Mt. Pulaski Cemetery; and in the chapel and on the grounds in Steenbergen Cemetery.

In case of rain, the Mt. Pulaski Cemetery observance will be held
 in the American Legion Hall on south Washington Street.

 Civic organizations will lay wreathes at the memorial, followed by the traditional  
  presentation of flowers by local children

  High School Patriotic Essay Contests
